The Advisors

Six Specialists.
One Integrated Engagement.

A good exit isn't one skill. It's several, working in the same direction. These are the six advisors who prepare your business, and you, for the exit you want.

Why Six

No Single Advisor Is Enough.

Exit preparation touches every discipline of a business at once. Your financials, your legal structure, your valuation, your team, your wealth, and your own readiness all have to be handled, and they don't wait for each other. So The Exiter Club™ isn't one advisor with a broad title. It's six specialists in one integrated engagement, each owning the part they know best. They work alongside the professionals you already trust, from one shared plan.

How the Team Works

One Plan, Built With Each of Them.

The advisors aren't a directory you call when something breaks. They're an engagement you move through together, starting the day you join.

01

Six Kickstart Consultations

In your first 90 to 120 days, you sit down one-on-one with each of the six advisors. Each session works your business through that advisor's lens: financials, valuation, legal, wealth, operations, and mindset. Together those six conversations produce your personalized Exiter Plan, the roadmap the rest of your engagement runs on.

02

Ongoing Access After That

Once the plan is set, the advisors stay in reach. You get twice-monthly meetings that pair advisor-led training with live roundtables, weekly office hours to work through what's in front of you, and a private member channel between sessions. The plan gets revisited as the business changes.

Session frequency, advisor availability, and specific participation details are set out in the Member Agreement provided at enrollment. The firm prepares your business for a sale. When your business is ready, you choose who takes it to market. We have trusted investment banking relationships if you need them, and if you came to us through your own advisor, banker, or broker, that relationship stays yours.
